TKG have held the Ghana properties for 20 years and still are no closer than they were now. There are very few Australian companies that will do business with RH due to his track record and reputation. From my personal experiences with him I can understand why. Finding a joint venture partner will be difficult as he expects you to pay for 70% of the costs to get 30% of the return. The latest quarterly tells you how slowly he works. Majority of expenditure went on Directors fees so they all got paid for what. When they had that victory in court there was a great opportunity for this company to sell a large parcel of their holding but they knocked it back.
It is sad what has happened as the company has some very good assets. Still keep an eye on the company as I was a S/H for over ten years and new the directors very well.
