I reckon that spend over the course of a 12 month period is quite different to that over a few seconds.

Its a $320 million dollar project according to reports. The project is running over about 2.5 years.

Try your maths on that and you will see a number greater than $100m per year.

At $1.5m per week it would take 4.5 years to get the $320 million project done. I thought it was getting done sooner than that?
