Gungho, the company is only mining 3mT of ORE per annum, at whatever % Cu there is. So the announcement implies Sinosteel are taking all the ore - which would make building the processing plant rather pointless ....
No, look, it's just another announcement error. They have mixed up the OW offtake agreement with the contract to build the plant, which is 3mtpa, and is with Sinosteel.
