To me it is clearly another "typo" and is instead refering to the supply of the 3MTPA processing plant. Just another example of poor proof reading on behalf of Bruno or the board. Again an easily avoidable mistake that should have been picked up by the company before release. Its these sort of silly/unprofessional mistakes that provides certain posters with ammunition to create doubt
