Bitzer, the problem with silly/unprofessional mistakes is that you can't rely on anything that they announce.
I suspect that perhaps the $300m MPP is also a mistake, and that it should have referred to the $300m Rocklands project.
Clearly the funding requirements will be greatly different if the MPP is only going to cost say, $200m and the rest of the project $120m (according to the press article yesterday with a total project cost of $320m).
