I'm in shock. Very sorry for everyone involved, esp the employees (..I know too well what that feels like)
Weirdly I got this from the CFO on Friday night (oz time), all sounding very matter-a-fact.

"With regards to the Bergen Agreement, the facility was for a year, hence it was due to terminate, however, if we did not follow process by issuing a termination notice within a certain period of time we would have needed to pay a penalty to terminate. The half-year accounts will be issued in the near future and hopefully they will provide the information you require. I also refer you to the quarterly cash flow announcement that was made at the end of January."

he was just responding for the sake of it, ..like someone else said this was in motion a week ago. I've had it with shares.
