nandan mentioned in the 31Aug podcast that Acquirers were not doing enough to communicate Splitit with their merchants. Slack. Splitit did their own research. I think 2 things have changed since that point in time to justify the tilt in attitude.
1. Splitit have since employed 3 sales people of which 2 are director of sales which is communicating better.
2. Visa VIS and Mastercard have entered the market on scale and has put fear into worldplay to now be more proactive in talking to their clients.. aka merchants
This means worldplay, visa, MC, banks and Splitit are all now chasing merchants. This is the best position for Splitit to grow on scale.
