You obviously haven't researched this company much. The Pfizer deal is potentially a nine figure sum.
ASX announcement on 20 December with Pfizer:
"Phylogica is eligible to receive a commercial license payment and is also eligible to receive preclinical, clinical and other milestone payments of up to US$134 million, as well as royalties on worldwide sales."
Link on the report Peace posted on the other thread refering to Roche deal:
"Phylogica has recently signed a deal worth more than A$99 Million to discovery antimicrobials targeting a type of bacteria which is an important cause of hospital acquired infections, including pneumonia."
OR ASX announcement on 18th August 2010 with MedImmune/AstraZeneca:
"Phylogica is eligible to receive development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments of up to US$98 million, in addition to royalties on potential worldwide sales."
I've talked with Nick Woolf and I will say again to negate the title of this thread that he expects the company to be self funded this year and have no plans for a CR. He has been putting his money into buying this stock over the last few months. I topped up today at a price below his last purchase (discounting his free options) Without going into details of the conversation I sensed (my opinion) a Roche deal is imminent.
