One would hope that the BPH appointed directors of Advent would have had another option before they cancelled the contract with RL (by mutual agreement). Whether that was an agreement that the permit requirements would be extended or another investor to fund the works, there must have been something. Otherwise it would look like the contract was just cancelled (by mutual agreement), without having anything better on the table and were prepared to jeopardise the permit...
One would hope that the BPH appointed directors of Advent would...
