"purposely" – really? You know this how? And don't say "accumulation". There is no sign that anybody anywhere is doing the kind of accumulation that would require tactical selling. Nor is there any sign of suppression in the order stack. It also can't be a short attack unless it's the tiniest short attack I've ever seen.
In my view, somebody needed the funds to get a coffee at the local 7-11.
