    All speculation. However Capital DI have ability to convert their notes any time in the next 6 months. You would expect that they will convert at the lowest price possible. Converting at 2.1c is much better for them compared to converting at 2.6c, if all it takes is selling enough to buy yourself a coffee at 7/1!

    So nothing to do with accumulation, just a conversion price.
