I would not have disclosed about the cap raising either, any announcement of this sort effects the share price in the short term - why tell a chosen few at a meeting or in a private phone call - we can see by the activity on the share price in the last few days that management kept their cards close to their chest, i consider this a good thing and definately no chance of insider trading - well done management
