    I think we need to re-iterate his reasons

    - A lot of the charges this last quarter were one-offs
    - A lot of costs to come will be charged-back to the JVs
    - Many options are now in the black, and more expected by mid-2014. About 300M options expire in March 2014.
    - The company is well-aware of their tight cash position and he has worked through similar positions many times in the past.
