Can’t keep doing Capital raising on one pretext or other . They need to build confidence of investors first which should be reflected on share price which is not there yet. The quarterly report will clearly identify the potential of the company. It would be stupid if BUB trying to do CR before strongly getting their foot on the ground.
Getting stronger is more important than getting bigger.Bigger they are heavier they fall.
