I wonder what the fixed rates did today. I am guessing they would be spiking hard. No doubt this is a clear signal for those who need to lock in rates to DO SO.

And there is no shortage of debt out there that would naively have thought interest rates aren't set for another rise into double digits. If I had money to lend in this world I wouldn't be doing so unless risk was priced in.
