My understanding is Solar is not delayed, it is the solar share partnership which is delayed due to energy provider, the tool that will help share solar with all tenants and not only benefit the tenants who are home during the day. They have already installed $15m of solar is my belief from the loan from Black Rock (even though some of this may have been used for ongoing expenses as stated by shemara earlier in the year).
