Niels, Be real, you can't turn this extremely positive initiative into a mechanism to extract cash.

What "we have extracted" is cementing our position by joint ownership of everything that necessary to carry on making supersoco designed products for no cost. The $6.4 is for working capital.We would have to put the $6.4 into WC because of expanding sales without the fabulous deal.

It seems that part of the reason it was possible to do the deal is because Super Soco are cash poor in spite of the crowd funding and the funding round that gave the big guys stakes.

We mothered them into our manufacturing plant and you have seen the benefits of that.

We are now mothering them into a massive expansion in production over the next five years by providing our working capital up front and giving them time to pay. Watch the benefits that emerge from our generosity.

They can't dud us by off loading crap we don't need at over inflated prices because :-
"Non-cash contributions will be subject to an independent valuation by an independent licensed valuer in
China at the relevant time and must be accepted by both parties."

After VmotoSoco has been trading with the suppliers for a year on advanced payment, at our anticipated combined volumes, the Chinese credit norms will over three years allow us to extend payment by thirty days a year. So in four years the cash from Super Soco will be coming in and we will be on 90 day terms. So the growth will be self funding in a Working Capital sense.

Its definitely a brilliant agreement that not only cements our relationship with SuperSoco but funds our expansion.
