One intriguing aspect of ancient Sparta is its unique system of money, or rather, the absence of traditional currency. While many civilizations relied on coins made of precious metals, the Spartans took a different approach – they used heavy iron bars as their form of currency.
I think that some people in this forum would like that idea reinstated here and elsewhere.
