Yeah saw those and as you rightly point out its no probs until Feb 2012. I chose the rail credit union as they dont have a limit on the duration, its merely a variable interest rate and its currently at 6.35 %. So for the time being its the best I could find. Unfortunately this union is not open to all (I was fortunate that I could join).
The next best thing after thsi is if a market crash happens and one is able to get high divi companies during panic attacks.
