The directors just invested in the company themselves so it isn't going broke. Wait for the test results from FP target zones, Bongo and Silverwood. If they are good, they can debt finance (loan) cash to expand, or if not ideal do a CR.
You won't find a stock in the 2 cent range that is flush with huge amounts of cash it's that simple. But what you do get with a stock in 2 cent range is significant leverage if the test results are good.
If you're worried about cash, you're in the wrong sector.
