EQX dont have a director on the board which makes their intention unclear. Some broker has mentioned that EQX would not have the cash nor the ability to raise such cash to trump Exxaro's offer. If EQX did put in an offer i think it would be a little cash but majority shares for shares.
Either way AKI shareholders will be the winners.
