Yes he did Val, BUT that is further down the development track with significant investment & time to get it to that stage.
I haven't done a Valuation model on it & will leave that for others to contribute; but it has to be based on a premium of what the market has valued it at & it obviously can't be at a billion dollars for reasons mentioned above.
Tony Sage is a very cluey guy imo, and I respect his business models and logic that he uses for his decisions ... so there is no way he would be selling the Cape Lambert stake if it was under value in today's market.
This deal should go straight through and not even touch the sides imo. (:
