We could be seeing a final capitulation in the share price. Fed up shareholders voting with their feet. Especially coming up to year end.
It is very unjustified, voting below cash holdings is quite frankly ridiculous. I'd buy if I had any faith whatsoever in management, however I don't so I'll let the ultra cheap price slide.
