    stave off armaguard going belly up for another few months to see if the CASH Usage Bill will pass after 2nd reading ...?
    anyone wanna bet on the outcome of this priv members' bill.. needs to pass BOTH Houses ?

    (Have you noticed many retailers are charging 1.5% usage of credit cards lately?? is that harder than counting cash?)
