The key for all small caps is currently:
Great projects / management and CASH in bank (in relation to what is required to move forward) and PATIENCE!
The small cap values are currently around the GFC levels ..... and some have more CASH in the bank than its current share valuation, I even came across one company who's valuation is half of the cash available. So in theory it would be better for the share holder to close the company and distribute the money ... how odd!
BTR's valuation is a little more than double of its cash available and on top should have positive cash flow in the very near future.
HOWEVER, all rational arguments are currently out of the window for small caps. .... and as long as investors have no appetite for this sector the share prices will stay low.
In relative terms it needs just a very little shift of capital into this sector and share spikes for good companies (great project / management and cash) could happen very quickly.
