Even 5c may not be successful unless the management of the company can demonstrate some competency. Need to see quotes or breakdowns for FDA costs, timeframes, the names of the companies being used, the countries testing run, number and design of test.

Also they need to show cost savings acheived since EMA setback (ie numbers cut, expenses cut) to show that the cash wont just be bled out funding the on-going party that has been Tissue Therapies.
