82 - like I said - I loved the "new" HC for that very reason.

The "thumbs down" crowd simply couldn't take the "easy" way out by simply just clicking.

By removing that thumbs down - it forced them to either accept that others valued an opinion that they didn't OR made them stakeholders in the conversation - REQUIRING them to bring content and DISCUSSION to the thread.

A simple click does nothing for the group rather than simply make that clicker feel better about their action - that's all.

For that very reason - I look forward to the new "new" HC.

My hats off to Thommo with all that said - he could have just thumbed down every post that was critical of the position he takes - but no - he added to the discussion and brought value with it.

I wish more people did what Thommo did and post rather than just click.
