Let's be frank here - it saddens me to say that this is a management team that has underpromised and underdelivered.

Goals, KPI's, timelines, accountability, responsibility to shareholders seem to mean very little.

The truth is that the delays are wasting their undeniable resource at their disposal; and by 'wasting' I mean economic value and opportunity.

I just hope they don't waste it to the point of ruin.
