The management fee and performance fees seem quite reasonable...

The management fee and performance fees seem quite reasonable because it's quite an active fund. I think the acquisition fee is probably a bit over the top because those duties should really fall under the management of the fund but would I be correct in saying that this is pretty standard for property trusts? The only similar one I've been invested in was URB before these guys took it over. That one never really got off the ground unfortunately and I notice they've already sold down all the assets the picked up in the deal.
