Yeah, I was watching the auction, buyers kept stepping up, thought it might even close at 1.8, so I thought, bugger it, and picked up a modest parcel after reading your musings earlier today. Way, way ahead on SRT now, looking for something in the backwater, key draws for me, possible agriculture, hefty bank account, well below its high of what 2.9c and the word , China . Happy to go with these teasers at the moment.
