I agree with the original poster, YT.
I also don't believe there is any rush given the prospect of a double-dip recession in world markets. Being cashed up in such an environment is highly desirable. The takeover of a cash strapped explorer becomes easier as uncertainty grows.
I can understand the unhappiness of those who have seen the share price diminish, especially if they need their cash out. On the other hand the risk is now negligible provided managment do due diligence before they make any offers.
As for being a takeover target ourselves. May I ask how many people would sell their shares at 60c, after the cash back?
