As a long suffering holder of RMS I say bring on any takeover offer. Management have failed to keep the share price at any sort of a reasonable level.
Many RMS posters rave about the cash on hand, the high grades, the astute management... etc. etc. For me there is only one measure that counts and that is the share price. RMS could have a billion dollars in the bank but it is worth nix to me. All I get is the 43c when I see my shares so this is all that is relevant. A takeover of RMS at $1 would end this nightmare in the green for me. Not happy.
