It seems that "someone" has been trying to convert the shares at a cheaper price in anticipation of re-rating of ERJ. You could guess who is this guy. If you want to sell 3 million shares, you will not purposely place it when there is no demand. This is a sell tactic to get a cheaper price. Dirty trick.
