ECM becoming a major share holder and then consolidate ? Seriously what kind a company would invest 4 mil only to have their investment reduced.
ECM is a succesfull company for a reason and Mr Boyd turned another penny company into a 200 mil cap because he is clever and gets the job done.
Both have alot of experience and now they will put that experience to good use.
They are very excited at being with Enerji and there is a reason why they are commiting their money, time and due diligence over the last few months.
They see great potential, in the product and the future.
These guys are here to succeed.
