I think the take out's here Porka are that we now have a team with proven power generation experience. We still have Colin Stonehouse who also has a wealth of experience in the power industry and we have a major shareholder / strategic partner with a successful track record of delivering projects to heavy industry & the mining sector. Add to that $4.5 million plus construction costs at Jundee which will be deferred and it's a pretty good base to launch from, the best position ERJ has ever been in.

In relation to the Opcon debt, there was a due diligence process completed by ECM. I'm pretty sure that during that process (probably right at the start) they would've sought some assurance from Opcon that they wouldn't be calling in the debt as soon as ECM puts their cash in.

Adam Boyd looks the right man for the job, some quick wins would be good!
