Need some Rabbits out of hats. Looking at the last quarterly by the end of June they will have a bit over $1.6M CaB which means by the time it is actually released it will likely be below $1.5M and i can't recall ever seeing them let it slip below that figure ? These long awaited mysterious deals really need to get stitched up pronto. If they went for the Convertible Notes as sourcing capital was becoming difficult what will be the next option ? Those CN's will mature and be issued well after the need for capital - i can't see enough funds to get to November without a deal delivering something signifcant ? Hmmm it's all to tricky - at current price and no deal "the size of Janssen" yet reached then the applicable discount is 40% which puts those notes at 1c give or take a tick plus the allocation of 2 PYCOA options for every 3 shares issued. It's really resting on those deals to step up.
PS i wish the thread title was something more like "Cashed Up Phylogica" :-/
