Good find. I'll cop an LOI from the right heavy hitter with fair provisions as opposed to a signed JV at this stage. (Especially given I invested at a point where our business plan had farmout heavily spruiked prior to XMAS 2012.) . Lets see the details in a few hours.
As said by David Rowbottam in Campilingri's post, the Ann is a "first step towards farmout".
