Further to this I would like to put out there

Why would 4 sophisticated investors, who all happen to be in the Chapmans Top 10 Holders, take up 270k worth of stock @ 1c in May & possibly more in the recent capital raise to SI's?

Interests me that they would take up such a substantial amount and being very large holders over at CHP and with CHP seemingly pulling the strings now at RFN (Dunlop on the board + voting on a sub holder of stock in CHP in Tim Shaw)

This money is obviously for more than just 'keeping the lights turned on' as there must be some sort of forward focus plan.

The company has an EV of only roughly $1m which is very, very cheap considering:
- the low amount of shares on issue
- the low market capitalisation of $2.72m
- $1.7m of that is cash

Basement levels & a great entry price for a short term trade - $$ to be made here.
