it doesn’t take much grade variance to blow this estimation out off the water both good and bad. Companies tend to target the higher grade areas at beginning of mine.

clay is horrible stuff to process as recoveries are not normally in the 90%ish.

as for outgoings the plant is new and the ore isn’t hard so less maintainence but on the other hand this is the time when improvement costs are identified and depending on the operators how these improvements are acted on can change the perceived operating costs.
There has been no guidance change so your numbers hopefully will be close. And if they are I expect a new higher high come mid February
