    As shareholders are waiting for news, particularly on
    financing, I will put a few items up for discussion.

    The 60 day due diligence period for payment of the $2m by LCY should now be well and truly completed, given that TNG made the announcement on 26th Aug.

    Would be good to see confirmation from the top that the $$$ are in the bank.

    Methinks lots happening behind the scenes.
