It does look as though they are going to have to issure more scrop at an even lower price. They have a range of businesses though, maybe they are expecting some of the arms to improve performance.
I must say, one of the concerns I had before initially diving in was the range of businesses and diversity of locations they were trying to manage for such a small, low cap firm. There might be synergies, but they would need to explain how they will overcome the short term cashflow and profitability issues. On top of all this, they have a history of disappointing, so they could be on a very short rope with underwriters.
