we've had many discussions on this site concerning GPN's cash situation.

There are a number of alternatives including:
1. (you alluded to) joint venture
2. YRR rights issue to GPN s/holders (may also invlove # 3)
3. Conversion of options
4. Contractors taking shares in lieu of cash
& 5. it wouldn't be a problem if a takeover came.
probably others we have discussed, but I'm not checking back on old posts for you; and I've got to go!
