The three TNG alleged Directors (1998 I think was the time) where all sent to jail for their sins.
TNG the company is very much an innocent party in my view, however the department of Finance refused to settle with TNG, and the matter eventually went to court.
The three where nominees of the Davis Samuel company who are claiming the 4.3 B from the case.
guess we will know in another 20 hours, after 15 years.
