It wouldn't cost a kings randsom to pipe in another condensate heater in series with the existing one and spread the load accross the two. Basic operating principals really. It's not rocket sience. If one fails online make sure one is able to be isolated and repaired while the plant is at reduced thruput. The other trip system problems shouldn't cost that much to fix!
It's only a pissy little kettle compared to the big boys.
I really don't know what all the fuss is about!
I would be more concerned about finding enough feedstock for the plant if they do fix it. Hang in there EGOites!
