Investment or value trap?
Probably the best way to answer depends on your present position.....
If you don't already hold you would call it a value trap and look elsewhere,if you do hold you would hope like hell that new management can turn your investment around to make it a profitable one.....
In all reality I suppose it all depends on how much value you place on "Hope".
