I have decided to sell my property . People are paying crazy prices at the moment . Also I have a small inheritance coming . I will re-invest 30% on a unit in a cheaper market near my Grandchildren in another state . I will buy some shares / physical gold etc . That will still leave too much balance in a bank I don't trust earning record low interest . I would like to know posters here ideas on where I could park the remainder .
