Plenty do Not being organised is the biggest stumbling block for retail and anyone who wants to get them organised will be doing it for zero remuneration. How they get away with these lucrative performance bonus scams is appalling stuff. Same with severance payouts if they prove to be ineffectual in their job. Can't really blame them all because if it's legal and they can get away with it they all will and they'll all believe they're worth it.
