I have spoken to Richard, GDN will not pursue this avenue of trying to prove anything was faulty etc etc..as this involves wasting money with lawyers etc..all that will hapen is that engineers will examine the remains and try not to make the same mistake again..and they will just continue working deligently with the job ahead.
trust me there is more value waiting down the well then pursuing legal avenues and trying to prove negligence..IF they come across a fully charge Leadville then SP could be as high as $30.00 {this has been well covered}
