Expect more delays. Its usual, also this is a chinese rig, I wouldn't be surprised they've forgotten some parts or some will need replacing ( more lead time out of china), they still have to get the local crew up and running on this rig. This first well could be painfully slow, expect problems and you won't be disappointed.
