    Does anyone know anything about a cap raise for Caspin when it has been split from CZI?

    From what I understand, Caspin will only have $500k cash, so will need to do a cap raise on listing or shortly afterwards.

    If a cap raise is done, will existing shareholder be given prior opportunity to participate?
